Cream of Chicken Soup with Noodles


I invented this one when I was sick. I wanted Cream of Chicken soup, but needed some more body to it, so I added egg vermicelli noodles. This is a definite luchtime meal, and it's quick and very simple.



Ingredients



1 packet of Cream of Chicken soup mix (perferably Continental brand)
2 cups milk
2 cups cold water
3 balls of egg vermicelli noodles
Pepper
Bread roll, to serve

Method



Add 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of cold water to a sauacepan. Place on heat and add contents of soup mix. Add in vermicelli noodles, slightly crushed.
Mix until soup has thickened and noodles are cooked. Season with pepper.
Ladle soup into bowls. Serve with bread roll.
