Ingredients

Pizza sauce

Topping (suggestion)
Mushrooms, sliced
Ham, cut into thin strips
Pineapple pieces
Sliced black olives
Red onion, cut into small wedges
Red and green capsicum, sliced thinly
Marinated artichoke
Dried oregano
Grated Pecorino cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese

Method

Make the pizza dough.
While the dough is rising, make the pizza sauce.
Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven at 200°.
Rub some olive oil on hands. Sprinkle some flour on the bench and with 1/3 of the dough, knead so the flour has mixed.
Grease a pizza pan with olive oil spray. Place dough on pan, drizzle some olive oil on the dough. Stretch the dough until it has covered the pan.
Spread sauce on the pizza base. Add toppings. Sprinkle percorino cheese and place in oven. Cook until the base is golden brown and the topping is cooked.
Once cooked, sprinkle grated mozzarella. Serve once mozzarella has melted.
