Coconut, Chocolate and Yoyo Balls


Another recipe from my mother-in-law. I remember trying these at my first Christmas dinner with my parents-in-law and I asked for the recipe straight away. Luckily my mum-in-law loves to share. These little delights are perfect as a little something after dinner.



Ingredients



1 packet of Arnott's Yoyo Biscuits, finely crushed
395g (250ml) sweet condensed milk
1 cup desicated coconut, plus some extra for coating
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method



Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add extra coconut to a small bowl. Roll about a teaspoon of mixture into a ball and coat with coconut.
Place into a container. Refrigerate or freeze.
