Yes - another from my mum-in-law. I first had this salad at Christmas dinner in 2008. I fell in love with it. It is fresh, crunchy, creamy and sweet. Perfect with cold meats!
Ingredients
2 red delicious, or fuji apple, chopped into very small cubes
3 - 4 celery sticks, chopped into very small cubes
100g crushed walnuts
French Salad dressing

Method
In a bowl, add apple, celery, walnuts and French Salad dressing. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
